The snow stopped early this morning … today is expected o be breezy
with a mix of sun and clouds. … Highs today are expected to be in the
40’s … Please be careful driving after dark as we expect there to be
significant areas of black ice forming after the sun goes down … Drive

MISSING PERSON:
We are still trying to locate the 17 year old missing person Hannah
Tynan (DOB 7/7/99). She was reported missing to us last Thursday,
1/26/17 when she did not show up for after school programs in Waterbury.
She is believed to be with friends in the Waterbury area; however we
must make contact with her to confirm she is safe and unharmed. … if
anyone has information on where she may be, please contact the NPD
