Arrest of DECLET, Pedro (DOB 4/7/1963)

On 8/28/14 at approximately 10:05 p.m. the Officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. The accused removed a security device from a HP computer. They attempted to steal the computer, worth $389.74, but were approached by Loss Prevention employees. Both males ran from the store. The Police K-9 was used to locate Pedro Declet who was hiding in brush near the stores property. Both males were given a court date of 9/10/14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. They were released on a $25,000.00 non-surety bond.
